The interior basement walls are finished, the excavation pit outside around the basement is filled up further and preparation of the basement ceiling is underway

Around the basement, the excavation pit has already been filled up again in many places – and provides additional storage space for the construction material.
In some places, work has already begun on the casing for the basement ceiling.

The passage in the basement ceiling to the first floor is being formed. This is where our automatic storage system will be located later on – so that we always have enough space for sufficient stock and can deliver quickly.

The casing for the entire basement ceiling is finished. In the ellipse, you can see the “bridge” that takes you from one side of the stairwell to the other. Now it’s the steel weavers’ turn.

The start of winter leads to a brief construction stop – and right before Christmas, when temperatures warm up a little again, the front part of the basement ceiling is concreted. And with that, the construction team took its leave for the Christmas break.

The front area of the basement ceiling is “covered”: large green tarps cover the section that has already been prepped. In the back area, the pipes for the concrete core activation are still missing – and unfortunately this will stay like this over Christmas.
