The amount of visible progress is getting smaller. Here you have the first quarter of 2024 for the individual areas – in this case the 1st floor
The false floor will be installed in the future lounge. The supports look pretty thin at first glance – but they hold.
All pipes and cables have disappeared below the raised floor.
This is the roof terrace in front of the lounge – for sunbathing during the lunch break.
And now the false floor is also being installed in the open-plan office, where our internal sales team will be there for you later. At the moment, it looks more like a catwalk!
But that changes very quickly.
In the front area, the ventilation ducts still have to disappear under the floor.
The floor is finished. Now it’s time to cover the ventilation ducts and pipes that run along the stairwell ellipse from the basement to the second floor. The stud frame is already in place.
And now everything is clad. The heating and cooling ceiling has now also been installed. The office is taking shape.
Where windows can still be seen at the back, the new building is connected to the old building by doors.
