3. Personal data we collect on our website

6. Newsletter

(1) With your permission you can subscribe to our newsletter which informs you about our products, services, solutions and offers.

(2) For the registration we use the so-called double-opt-in process. This means we send you an email after your registration asking you to confirm your subscription. If you don’t confirm the subscription your data will be blocked within 7 days and deleted after 30 days. We store your IP address, time and date of the registration and confirmation. This is to make sure that your subscription is lawful and to make sure no personal data is being misused.

(3) The mandatory information for our newsletter is your email address. All other personal data is voluntary and is used by us to address you personally. After your successful newsletter registration, we store your email address and the additional optional data in order to send you the newsletter (according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR)

(4) You can withdraw your consent to receiving our newsletters at any time and cancel your subscription. In order to do that click on the link on the bottom of every newsletter or send an email with the subject „unsubscribe“ to newsletter@dictator.de.

(5) We inform you that we user statistics of our newsletters to analyze how they are being used. For this tracking we use so-called web-beacons and tracking pixels in our newsletters. These analysis are not connected to other personal data, so no personal reference is made. You can object to the use of this data by unsubscribing.

7. Use of Google Analytics

(1) This website uses Google Analytics, an an Webanalysedienst der Google Inc. („Google“). 8. Use of social media plug-ins

(1) We currently use the following social media plug-ins: Facebook, Google+, Twitter. We use the so-called two-click solution. This means that when you visit our site, no personal data is initially passed on to the providers of the plug-ins and will only be transferred when you click on the logo. You can recognize the provider of the plug-in by the mark on the box above the logo. In addition, the data mentioned under § 3 of this declaration will be transmitted. 9. Integration of YouTube videos

(1) We have included YouTube videos in our website which are stored at http://www.youtube.com and can be played directly from our website. These are all integrated in the “extended data protection mode”, i.e. no data about you as a user is transferred to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos will the data referred to in paragraph 2 be transmitted. We have no influence on this data transfer.

11. Integration of Google reCAPTCHA

(1) In order to ensure sufficient data security during the transmission of forms, we use the service reCAPTCHA of the company Google Inc. in contact forms. This serves above all to differentiate whether the input takes place by a natural person or abusively by mechanical and automated processing. The IP address and any other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service will be sent to Google.

(2) Due to the activation of IP anonymization on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand.
