The amount of visible progress is getting smaller. Here you have the first quarter of 2024 for the individual areas – in this case the ground floor
The heating and cooling ceiling and the ventilation units are installed in the multifunctional room.
A little later, the final sound-absorbing ceiling is installed.
And now once again the view from the windows into the room.
There will later be a kitchen here so that guests can also be catered for at events in the multifunctional room.
In the entrance area, the final ceiling is still missing in the rear area. The fire protection curtain in front of the stairwell still needs to be installed there.
The fire protection curtain has now also been installed, so that the ceiling in the rear area can now also be finished.
