The amount of visible progress is getting smaller. Here you have the first quarter of 2024 for the individual areas – in this case the outdoor area
On January 24th, the time has come: the scaffolding for the 1st and 2nd floors is removed.
Without scaffolding in the upper area, the ellipse can now be fully seen.
The scaffolding is still up on the first floor. Here, the outer façade (everything around the windows) still needs to be insulated. The glass windows covered with plastic belong to the multifunction room.
The building can be easily photographed from the parking lot of the neighboring property.
A wonderful morning mood – the ellipse looks even better.
A green roof is being built on the roof of the first floor in the rear area. The first layer of tarpaulins has been laid.
And now everything is ready for the green roof.
A large glass roof will be built over the entrance area so that everyone who comes to us will also find a dry place in front of the building. The steel construction to hold the glass panels is “flown in”.
The steel structure is in place. The glass roof now needs to be drained before the glass panes are installed.
