The amount of visible progress is getting smaller. Here you have the first quarter of 2024 for the individual areas – in this case the outdoor area
The ventilation ducts and pipes arrive on the 2nd floor. The ventilation ducts for the open-plan office can already be seen on the ceiling.
There is no false floor on the 2nd floor.
Until recently, the openings between the floors near the ventilation ducts were still open. Now they are sealed off to protect against fire.
There are several smaller offices on the 2nd floor. The heating and air conditioning ceilings with the ventilation systems are currently being installed here.
Back in the open-plan office on the 2nd floor. This is where the technical customer service department will be located. The studwork for cladding the ventilation ducts and pipes around the stairwell ellipse is already in place.
And now a large part of the cladding has already been fitted. Note the “device” for bending the panels.
The cladding for the ventilation ducts is now also being installed on the ceiling around the ellipse.
The air-conditioned ceiling is now also being installed in the open-plan office on the 2nd floor.
The holes in the upper cladding are for the air vents of the ventilation system.
A small kitchenette will be located on the wall at the back right.
