Pouring the concrete for the first part of the basement
The rectangular shaft pit for the future DICTATOR DHE elevator can already be seen in the middle. 200 mm depth is enough.
10.10.2022 – 21.10.2022
The first basement walls are built – and preparations for the floor slab in the back are completed
In the back area, the insulation is now almost fully laid.
The steel braiders are hard at work and in the front area the casings for the first basement walls are being erected.
24.10.2022 – 28.10.2022
Concrete core activation (heating loops for underfloor heating) is laid and the remaining floor slab is completed
The heating loops for the concrete core activation in the rear basement area have been laid. All ready for pouring the concrete for the rear basement area.
The complete base plate is ready. The first outlines are visible. The characteristic ellipse of the new building can be seen in the center. This is where the stairwell is being built.
