DICTATOR participates in the interlift 2015

This year the focus will be on the according to EN 1090 certified lift shaft system and the DICTATOR spring rope pulleys serving as closing device for sliding landing doors.
Since more than 80 years the DICTATOR door checks make sure hinged lift doors are surely closed – everybody knows the „DICTATOR“. But beside the classics mainly innovative solutions for the changing requirements of the lift market will be shown at our stand.

DICTATOR lift shaft system according to DIN EN 1090
The DICTATOR lift shaft system is the solution for all buildings where no concrete shaft is available. It is manufactured for all lifts, irrespective of their brand. Because of different revetment possibilities its aspect can be designed according to the customer’s wishes.

The shaft system is completey screwable and can easily be fitted into existing buildings without any welding. The modular structure facilitates to individually adapt it to the respective surrounding. It can be used either inside or outside of a building.

Certified according to effective standards
Since the harmonized DIN EN 1090 has been introduced, all supporting steel and aluminium constructions have to be furnished with the CE mark according to EU Construction Products Regulation no. 305/2011. DICTATOR is certified in accordance with the DIN EN 1090 for designing and manufacturing lift shaft systems. Therefore DICTATOR customers can be sure to meet all standards and the CE labelling obligation.

DICTATOR spring rope pulleys for sliding landing doors
With this solution lift manufacturers meet the EN 81-20, point 5.3.9.3.4 (up to now EN 81-1/2, point 7.7.3.2) which stipulates that sliding landing doors always have to be equipped with an additional closing mechanism.

The DICTATOR spring rope pulleys with plastic casing in an endurance test easily met the high requirements of far more than 1 milllion cycles without any noticeably loss of force. Due to the use of plastic components in the casing and for the rope, they also feature an extremely low noise level.
