Fan mail for our back checks and its corresponding advisory service

At DICTATOR, advice is written in capital letters. A customer recently confirmed that this is not just a marketing claim, but daily practice in our company. He installed a back check on an door that opened inwards. The result: a perfectly functioning back check that prevents the door from hitting the stove handle in case of a careless opening or a draft.

Our customer wrote to us:

Hereby I would like to thank you, and your employee, Mr. Reiner, very much.

Mr. Reiner advised me on the phone and guided me through the whole purchasing process. In doing so, Mr. Reiner took a lot of time and took wonderful care of me as a DIYer (not a handyman).

As a result, I would like to say that I have become a huge fan of your company and your products.

It just pays to buy sound, high-quality products.

I will recommend you as often as I can.

Thank you very much.

We are happy about every single instance in which we are able to help and the customer is then fully satisfied. Because we take time for both small and large customers. This makes our work a real pleasure and our products can show what they are capable of. And when we receive an e-mail like this as a thank you, we are all smiles.

Painted white to match the color of the door and the shutter box, the back check prevents the door from hitting the stove handle when it opens.

The back check limits the opening angle of the door. Shortly before 90°, the door stops. For the selection of the right model and to determine the fixing points, DICTATOR provided advice as well.
