DICTATOR customer service in times of Corona
Current status on customer service and delivery times (20th May, 2020)
The Corona crisis confronts all of us with brand new challenges which most of us could not have ever imagined.
We are doing everything we can to continue to provide you the usual customer service while doing our part to help reduce the spread of the virus. We have already taken several measures to master the delicate task of protecting everyone’s health and keep the business running.
We will keep you informed about the current status (20th May, 2020), as unforeseeable changes may occur at any time.
DICTATOR customer service
The operation at DICTATOR continues without any constraints. Some of the employees are working from home to reduce the risk of infection. We have been using a document management system in our company for many years, so every employee has full access to all the information even when working from home.
Apart from the fact that you may hear a child in the background instead of the voices of colleagues when you talk to some of our employees, nothing else changes for you. We will keep providing you with advice as usual and can still be reached normally via the telephone numbers/dial extensions you know. Thanks to the modern technology, things will continue to run normally for us in terms of offers, orders, deliveries and technical customer advice.
The DICTATOR production
Several measures are also in place at our production sites in Bernau near Berlin, Bitz, Dresden, Emmeloord (Netherlands), Barcelona (Spain) and Lenham (Great Britain) to protect our employees while maintaining production.
At the moment, all production facilities are in operation, so that our supply can continue.
Delivery pick-ups in DICTATOR Neusäß
From now on, pick ups are possible all day long and will take place in a contactless manner. If you would like to pick something up at DICTATOR Neusäß, please contact us in advance by phone at (+49) (0)821 24673-20.
If you have made an appointment and wish to collect the goods, please call us 15 minutes before pick up so that the goods can be made available for you and you don’t have to wait when picking them up.
Visits to DICTATOR branch offices
Visits to our branch offices are permitted again with immediate effect. All visits to DICTATOR offices must be arranged in advance by telephone.
For your protection and the protection of our employees, the following measures should be taken into account during your visit to the DICTATOR offices in Neusaess:
- When visiting, please ring the bell and wait at the front door. The person with whom you have made the appointment will meet you there.
- When visiting the offices or the warehouse a minimum distance of 1,50 m must be kept at all times.
- If in some instances the minimum required distance of 1,50 m canot be kept (e.g. on the lobby or the corridors), please wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth. Our employees will wear a mask in these areas as well.
- We also ask you to disinfect your hands when entering our premises. A disinfectant dispenser is available for this purpose on the reception area.
We kindly ask for your understanding for these measures. In this way we would like to make a contribution to the protection of your health and that of our employees.
The current situation is extremely difficult for all of us, especially since we at DICTATOR are used to working together as a family. Now that distance has to be kept and a part of our colleagues is only “present” through home office, it is extremely unfamiliar for us, there is something is missing. We all want to be able to return to normal life as soon as possible and for that everyone has to do their their part. That’s what we’re doing.
