The finish should be appropriate for the application. For outdoor use, in the food or pharmaceutical industry we e.g. manufacture gas springs in AISI 304 and AISI 316 which meet the highest demands regarding hygiene and durability. Furthermore, in gas springs for sensible environments we can use organic or FDA-conform oils. We have a vast range of possibilities at our hands. Advice and calculation – free of charge
A product in this range is only as good as its advisory and calculation service, for only reliably calculated forces and fixing points will ensure a faultless functioning and a long product life of the gas springs. DICTATOR assists you during the design phase with a specially developed calculation programme operated by trained staff – even in case of a single gas spring.

Tested quality
Before delivery, all DICTATOR gas springs are subject to a computer-assisted test. Our testing device controls the pressure, the force path and the damping characteristics, thus making sure the gas springs exactly correspond to the required values.

Quality control of every gas spring

Quick delivery
DICTATOR has a large spectrum of standard gas springs available from stock (normal delivery time by DPD in Germany within 48 hours). The optional express service for orders we receive until 10.00 am, ensures the delivery of gas springs from stock at an agreed upon time the next day (within Germany).
Customized gas springs are delivered within 10 working days. If a shorter lead time is required, we offer our express service. Here, usually, also customized gas springs ordered until 10.00 am can be delivered to you the next working day (within Germany).
