DICTATOR – The family by your side: promotion of young people and international understanding

DICTATOR links state-of-the-art engineering with music from Baroque period to modern times, adds a touch of sports and additionally brings peaceful human relations

In spite of the technological progress for DICTATOR the human being took and still takes centre stage. Because every company can only be as good as the people who make it up. That’s why DICTATOR attaches great importance to supporting young people and “international understanding”. Not only in the own ranks but also by supporting other organisations and associations.

The Windsbacher Knabenchor (Boys’ Choir from Windsbach)

Among these is for example the Windsbacher Knabenchor. It is one of the best boys’ choirs of our time and represents musicality, versatility, accurateness and purity of the tone. The singers are between 8 and 20 years old.

But also sport is an essential factor for character building, it stimulates team spirit and cooperation. The handball playing girls of the “Weibliche Jugend C” of the HSV Bernauer Bären just having been promoted to the B league, have been playing for one year in jerseys donated by DICTATOR.

Andreas Matthies, CEO of DICTATOR Technik Berlin, said after the last match of the season 2016/2017 : ” It is really fun to watch the girls playing, to see how they improved during this season and the vim with which they act during the matches.” 

An international family – corporate culture at DICTATOR

Another very important aspect is integration, the peaceful, respectful but also easy cooperation of people of different nations. That this doesn’t need to be a dream, DICTATOR has been proving since many decades. No matter of which nationality is the respective representation or branch office, all are “family members”, same as the co-workers in the head office in Neusäß, part of whom or of their families come from different countries.

This is also embodied by supporting the Deutsch-Albanischen Kulturverein Atdheu e.V. Augsburg. This association sees about children not to forget their cultural roots and at the same time provides integration and community by sportive activities like football.
