Trade fair news: FeuerTrutz 2024
It’s almost time again: On June 26 – 27, FeuerTrutz, the international trade fair and congress for preventive fire protection, will once again offer the opportunity to learn about and exchange information on new industry developments.

New audiovisual signaler for hold-open systems – even in case of power failure
For the safety of everyone in the building, it is important that even in the event of a power failure, a warning signal is given when doors close automatically. The audiovisual signaler WS-24-I, which is now available from DICTATOR, has all the important features to meet all the requirements for signaling in the event of a power failure and to ensure the greatest safety possible:
- A bridging time in the event of a power failure of at least 4 minutes
- Charging time when the storage battery is empty: 5 minutes
- Easy maintenance – even when retrofitting existing systems
- Integrated option for limiting the signaling duration

Fire protection solutions for every requirement – even beyond the standard
We not only supply hold-open systems for standard applications. We can also supply them in combination with our fire protection operators for hinged and sliding doors. We don’t shy away from the most unusual applications, such as a hinged door over 8 m high that has to close reliably in the event of a fire. Or we work with you to develop project-specific solutions for hold-open systems that are required for practical reasons but do not fall under the applicable regulations, such as hold-open systems on fire and/or smoke protection closures in exterior walls.
