But a GPS system can only work precisely and reliably if it is protected from vibrations, because it contains highly sensitive mechanical and electronic components. How can this be ensured in a machine that drives over gravel roads, dirt paths and fields?

To prevent the upper structure of the planter with the GPS system from hitting the lower frame at higher speeds or being roughly flung upwards, Wagner has used a 25-69 series oil damper for many years. This dampens the forces that occur in both directions and thus reliably protects the machine and the satellite receiver from damage.

To prevent the piston rod and cylinder seals of the damper from being damaged by dirt and dust, the damper is also equipped with a protective tube.
