Untroubled maintenance thanks to door holder

The ZE 160 door holders of the Design Line with a very long stroke and very short overall height keep maintenance doors securely open

The Pelz Group is one of the leading manufacturers of products in the sectors of cotton wool, feminine hygiene, plastic wraps and industrial films and non-woven fabrics. “Quality first! This maxim as defined by the founder of the company is followed still today.”

Indispensable for this principle is the correct functioning of the production lines. Large access doors offer an unobstructed access for maintenance operations. However, the doors not always remained completely open and so bothered the works. Simple door holders could not be used due to the large distance between the lower edge of the door and the floor.

Here the ZE 160 door holder of the new Design Line of DICTATOR was the solution. Its stroke of 160 mm easily compensates the difference in height. Furthermore it is very sturdy as the casing is completely all of a piece. The foot is securely pressed to the floor by an extra spring, making the door remain reliably in the desired position.

In total seven ZE 160 door holders were mounted in this production line. The customer is very pleased with the perfect functioning, the sturdiness and the stroke length.

The ZE 160 door holder securely keeps the large access doors to the production line for feminine hygiene products open.It easily bridges the large distance between the lower edge of the door and the floor.

Thanks to a new, copyrighted technique, the height of the casing is extremely little. In spite of the very long stroke of 160 mm, the overall height with retracted piston rod is just 274 mm.
