Siren and flashing light – Energy-buffered
Characteristics
- Includes both a siren and a flashing light
- The volume of the siren can be continuously adjusted via a potentiometer

Dimension of X: On overlapping doors the included plastic spacers (2 mm, 3 mm and 10 mm thick) compensate for a height difference of up to 15 mm between door leaf and frame.

General information
From the perspective of the risk assessment based on product standard EN 16034 in conjunction with the Machinery Directive and from the perspective of the DGUV, standard EN 12604 “Doors – Mechanical aspects – Requirements and test methods” must be observed.
This stipulates that in the event of fire, the closing of vertical and horizontal curtains, doors and gates must be accompanied by an audible and visual warning signal if the closing speed exceeds 0.3 m/s or the force acting on the human body or body parts exceeds 200 N.
The signaling must also be guaranteed in the event of a power failure.
