The Parkhotel Schmid in Adelsried combines a familiar atmosphere with the highest level of professionalism, constantly updating interior design and attention to detail. As part of a large-scale renovation project for part of the hotel, the entire entrance area was redesigned. The centrepiece of the spacious foyer is the reception area. • The swing doors can be easily locked at an opening angle of 90° in both opening directions simply by opening them completely. Thus, even bulky items, such as guests’ luggage, can be brought into the area behind the counter without the swing doors constantly getting in the way. In order to close the swing doors again, one just needs to lightly pull on the swing door by hand and the hinges are simply pulled out of the hold-open and then close on their own as usual.
