In the sophisticated, multi-generation quarter on the Hammersen-Allee in Bocholt (Germany), built by the company Hüls Baukonzepte, a front door in the multi-family home caused problems, because it remained open again and again.
Company Hüls looked for a solution which would close the door reliably and silently – without banging, and at a very low speed. The inhabitants of the building should be able to pass through the door unhurriedly, also with baby carriages, mobility aids, heavy bags, etc.
At the same time it should be possible to open the door as wide as possible.
Optimum function due to individually calculated fixing positions
The technical customer service of DICTATOR calculated the exact mounting positions for this concrete application. Now the door can be opened up to 110°. Also the other requirements were met and the door now works to the utmost satisfaction of the customer.
